We are currently seeking Product Development Engineers to join our team in Danvers, MA , where new ideas are encouraged and continuous learning is part of the culture. Your work will directly support technologies that make a difference for patients. In this role, you will be part of a small, collaborative engineering team working on next‑generation systems. You’ll contribute to the design, development, and testing of innovative components in a hands‑on, multidisciplinary environment. Whether your background is in mechanical, electrical, software, or a mix of engineering disciplines, you’ll have the opportunity to take on meaningful technical challenges, learn from experienced engineers, and help drive the development of breakthrough medical technologies. Requirements

  • Undergraduates (sophomore, junior, senior) or graduate students pursuing a degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, computer science, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong skills in design, testing, and data analysis are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
  • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS is preferred.
  • Experience with machining and/or 3D printing is a plus.
  • Prior co‑op experience in the medical device industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing components and fixtures.
  • Perform engineering feasibility testing to support design improvements.
  • Execute design verification (DV) testing to evaluate device safety and effectiveness.
  • Conduct root-cause and failure analyses under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Analyze data and present findings to the broader engineering team.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with regulatory, quality, testing, and other key stakeholders.
