About The Position

Snapscale is looking for a Healthcare Training Associate to support the design, development, and delivery of engaging training programs for new and existing staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and facilitation skills, a solid understanding of healthcare operations, and a passion for helping teams build confidence in workflows such as patient intake, scheduling, billing, and insurance processes. The Healthcare Training Associate will play a key role in ensuring consistent training delivery and reinforcing best practices across teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a training, coaching, or onboarding role within a BPO or similar environment
  • Healthcare experience is preferred , especially in accounts such as patient intake, insurance verification, billing, or prior authorizations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly
  • Basic understanding of workflows and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) is an advantage
  • Experience creating or assisting with training materials such as guides, presentations, or SOPs is a plus
  • Ability to provide feedback, coaching, and support to trainees and team members
  • Familiarity with EMR or practice management systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage training schedules and documentation
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Training Needs Analysis: Assist in conducting training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Curriculum Support: Help develop and update training materials, including presentations, guides, job aids, and system walkthroughs (e.g., EMR/practice management systems)
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate or support training sessions for new hires and existing staff on healthcare workflows such as patient registration, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and billing
  • Performance Monitoring: Track trainee progress and provide feedback and basic coaching to support skill development
  • Evaluation & Improvement: Collect feedback and assist in improving training programs for better effectiveness
  • Process Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA), and clinic workflows
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain training records, monitor attendance, and assist in preparing reports
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Clinical Leads, QA, and HR to align training with business and clinic goals
  • Compliance: Ensure all training materials and sessions follow company policies and healthcare regulations
  • Coaching Support: Provide ongoing support by addressing staff questions and reinforcing standard processes
