Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs. Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent based on unique business needs. Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. Utilize data and market analytics to provide status updates and hiring results to hiring managers and key stakeholders. Leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, social media, canvassing and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify stellar talent in the market.

Requirements

  • One-year experience in Recruitment or Human Resources
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and attention to detail skills
  • Reside in Boston, MASS

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of Recruiting Experience preferred
  • Pipeline of clinical candidates in Boston Market
  • Clinical Nurse Recruiter in Boston Market
