Senior Administrative Assistant serves as a seasoned professional that performs a variety of administrative tasks and supports the senior leaders of a business unit(s). The Administrative Assistant will help our communities thrive by formulating partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service. Role and Responsibilities Provide administrative support for designated executive leaders, including Physician leadership Act as the point of contact among leaders, employees and external partners Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Create and format information for internal and external communication, spreadsheets, emails and presentations. Coordinate and manages the schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Maintains calendars and coordinates reoccurring meetings that require provider attendance. Takes meeting notes that are technical and/or confidential in nature and transcribes them into a final form, ensuring that information is documented accurately. Helps coordinate the on-boarding/off-boarding of Providers; collaborates with HR Operations, Credentialing and Training department to obtain or submit needed documentation. Tracking and monitoring of data via various systems and processes Schedule and set up meetings, including catering, room set-up, etc. Some late working nights (e.g. 9pm) may be required to support board meetings. Track and process expense reports Mail certified letters and other off-site business activities as needed. Self-directed project management Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and other special functions. Perform ad hoc duties as needed.
