About The Position
The Recruiter is a pivotal role within our healthcare staffing company, focusing on the production and successful recruiting and onboarding of Staff across all healthcare verticals. This role entails Full-desk recruiting for PRN, Direct Placement and Contract staff establishing long term relationships with candidates. Work with a great Team That prides themselves with outstanding customer service and support to not only our clients but our Team of Professionals providing services
Requirements
- Previous healthcare recruiting including PRN staff, hospital staff and Home Care ,is required.
- Proficiency in recruiting software is essential.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Professional phone demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Prior Healthcare recruiting is required
- Experience recruiting RN's, LPN's, CNA's and HHA
- Experience in Full-Desk Recruiting
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing needs
- Experience in PRN Staffing, Contracts and Direct Placement
