About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our Brooklyn office full-time. Our clients depend on us to provide quality professionals including Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Aides, RRTs (Registered Respiratory Therapists), and other healthcare staff. Your work directly helps facilities stay fully staffed and ensures patient care continues without interruption. Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recruiting experience in an agency setting (required)
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Ability to work independently and make small decisions confidently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting
Nice To Haves
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals
- Conduct phone interviews and coordinate onboarding
- Communicate with candidates regarding job placements and scheduling
- Maintain strong relationships with existing candidates
- Post job ads and actively search for qualified talent
- Work closely with team members to meet client staffing needs
- Make quick, thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment
