About The Position

The Healthcare Recruiter is to assist in the recruiting success throughout the
Eden Health business lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Two to four years of professional administrative support or recruiting.
• One to two years of human resources experience.
• Sourcing for candidates.
• Preferred experience working with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify and attract to healthcare talent by sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and networking events.
• Post jobs to various job board sites (e.g. Newton, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records and streamline the recruitment flow.
• Pre-screen candidates to ensure they are suitable for the position of interest.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Participate in projects and team meetings.
• Schedule weekly calls with your hiring leaders to ensure fluid line of communication is maintained between the agency and recruitment team.
