About the Role We’re seeking a Healthcare Project Manager who brings strong leadership, organizational clarity, and a passion for design-driven outcomes. This role leads healthcare projects from early planning through delivery, balancing design intent, technical excellence, budgets, and schedules while supporting team growth and client success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
8+ years of professional architectural project experience.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex project scopes.
Proficiency with Revit and project management tools.
Experience with healthcare planning, regulatory environments, and FGI guidelines.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare-focused certifications (ACHA, EDAC, Six Sigma) a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead projects through all phases—from planning and design through construction and closeout.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and work plans.
Guide and support project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Champion design quality while ensuring technical accuracy and constructability.
Monitor project performance, proactively addressing risks, changes, and opportunities.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies, contractors, and specialty consultants.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and fee estimates as needed.
