Provide management, oversight and delivery of placing highly qualified medical personnel (e.g., Medical Doctors, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Technicians, and other allied health professionals) to Federal and military settings, including the US Air Force, US Army, US Navy, and overseas locations. Lead the full-cycle recruitment, credentialing, licensing, security, and placement of clinical and administrative staff, largely in a healthcare staffing environment. Includes full cycle recruitment process including drafting position objectives and requirements, identifying qualified candidates using customized, complex databases, public advertising, and in-person networking. Additionally, validate credentials, conduct interviews, negotiate compensation with qualified candidates. Work closely with over 150 healthcare providers and healthcare workers to obtain clinical privileges at assigned healthcare facilities in conjunction with managing the credentialing and licensing process from start to finish. Prepared new hire credentials portfolios for Federal and military client review through assembling a wide range of medical professional certifications, board reviews, background checks, previous employment verification to provide highly desired candidates with industry-leading placement success. Additionally, work with clients to schedule site visits and interviews, and participate in regular quality assurance assessments of services delivered. Track expiration dates on license/certification/training documents and communicated with appropriate staff to ensure that files were received before expiration. Develop comprehensive project plans, employee work schedules, defining project tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate with healthcare facilities, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet staffing goals. Includes performing weekly staff meetings, daily check-ins, and annual performance reviews resulting in a highly engaged team that exceeds goals. Assess & monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA, NLRA, EEOC). People-oriented focus and problem-solving skills with ability to handle large volume of communications (e.g., phone calls, emails, texts) and responsive to healthcare staff needs. Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and monthly deliverable procedures. Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report status to senior leadership. Manage project resources and budgets, controlling costs and managing expenditures.
