About The Position

The Healthcare Payments Client Executive serves as the strategic representative of U.S. Bank Merchant Services for a portfolio of high-value healthcare clients. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction, retention, and profitability by delivering expert guidance and innovative payment solutions tailored to the healthcare sector. The Client Executive acts as the primary escalation point for both internal and external client concerns, ensuring seamless management and resolution of complex issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to eight years of sales/relationship management experience in the healthcare/financial services industry
  • Ability to travel

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and cultivate relationships with strategic healthcare accounts, focusing on long-term growth and retention.
  • Analyze client data and industry trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations that enhance operational performance.
  • Deliver consultative support to healthcare organizations, addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Present performance results and strategic solutions to clients, leveraging deep industry knowledge to drive value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
