We are seeking a Healthcare Partnerships Associate who thrives in ambiguity and draws energy from building the relationships that drive our mission forward. In this role, you are directly responsible for the growth of “sold” providers and the subsequent patient demand and starts within your territory. This is a high-velocity, "boots-on-the-ground" sales position requiring you to be in the field at least three days per week. You will own the full sales cycle—leveraging provided lead lists to drive aggressive outbound sourcing, consulting, and closing providers. You will be responsible for all in-person selling and relationship management for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of your major metro area, while maintaining remote selling strategies for assigned accounts outside that immediate geography. Because of the heavy local travel requirements, candidates must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, specifically within the North Bay or South Bay markets, to be considered for this role. 1 in 5 people are suffering from a mental health issue, and fewer than 50% of people are getting help. We need professionals with a track record of overachievement in outbound healthcare sales or business development that are committed to solving this problem with us and hungry to face the hardships of a 0 to 1 environment.
