About The Position

Requirements

• At least 1 year of healthcare marketing or related experience (SNF experience preferred)
• Proven success in outside sales or relationship-based roles
• Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• High school diploma or equivalent

• SNF experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, physician offices, and case managers
• Conduct regular in-person visits to healthcare partners throughout the community
• Communicate consistently with referral contacts through phone, email, and in-person outreach
• Identify new referral opportunities and build a strong pipeline
• Collaborate with internal teams to support admissions and ensure smooth transitions
• Contribute creative ideas to increase community awareness and engagement
