Requirements

At least 1 year of healthcare marketing or related experience (SNF experience preferred)
Proven success in outside sales or relationship-based roles
Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, physician offices, and case managers
Conduct regular in-person visits to healthcare partners throughout the community
Communicate consistently with referral contacts through phone, email, and in-person outreach
Identify new referral opportunities and build a strong pipeline
Collaborate with internal teams to support admissions and ensure smooth transitions
Contribute creative ideas to increase community awareness and engagement
