We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant workplace community. As Healthcare Instructor, you’ll play a key role in delivering essential healthcare training, keeping programs aligned with industry standards, and supporting student success. The Healthcare Instructor reports to the Director of Business and Workforce Development.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN-Bachelors) with at least 5 years of expertise in the field or a minimum of three years of experience as a certified teacher in a healthcare program.
- All applicants will be required to submit to a criminal background check.
- Persons applying for this position must be dependable, highly responsible, independent, self-starting, and have the ability to interact with a diverse student population.
Responsibilities
- Effectively teaching the Healthcare programs operating within Workforce Development.
- Creating an ideal learning environment.
- Maintaining an appropriate balance of discipline.
- Transferring knowledge to students.
- Staying abreast of evolving regulations within the industry.
