THE ROLE: Diversey Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, consultative sales professional as an IDN System Manager. This sales professional will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and growing strategic relationships with the largest Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) across the U.S. The IDN System Manager will drive enterprise-level sales opportunities that span multiple states, facilities, and service lines, delivering tailored solutions in infection prevention, environmental hygiene.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or extensive prior relevant experience required
  • Five years of experience in outside indirect sales required, with proven record of results
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), computer savvy with MS Office suite and CRM knowledgeable
  • Employee will need to be able to lift approximately 40 pounds and operate required miscellaneous job equipment requirements

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Development: Identify and pursue high-potential IDNs across assigned region. Develop customized engagement strategies aligned with each IDN’s clinical and operational goals.
  • Sales Execution: Lead complex, multi-state sales cycles from prospecting to close. Collaborate with Key Account Managers, GPO leads, corporate distribution and field sales teams to ensure alignment and continuity.
  • Solution Delivery: Present Diversey’s integrated infection prevention and hygiene solutions. Customize offerings to meet IDN-specific needs and drive measurable outcomes. Demonstrate application expertise Demonstrate sector and industry expertise
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with pricing, contracting, and sales enablement teams to deliver profitable and mutually beneficial contracts Eliminate friction across functions to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Performance Management: Utilize sales playbooks and account planning tools. Track pipeline development and report progress against KPIs. Manage sales process through Salesforce.com to ensure all components of the sales process, business review and account management are met
