Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading healthcare operations or telemedicine programs
• Three years in supervisory roles within rapidly expanding startups
• Demonstrated ability to grow and oversee multidisciplinary clinical teams across hybrid W‑2 and 1099 structures
• Skilled in developing workflow systems
• Creating analytic dashboards
• Enhancing care coordination and patient support
• Data-oriented leader proficient in monitoring key performance metrics while fostering teamwork through emotional intelligence
• Excels in dynamic, growth-oriented settings, combining strategic planning with hands-on operational execution
