This is a critical first hire in sales engineering and a highly visible founding role, ideal for a technical leader who thrives in customer-facing environments and wants to shape how a product is sold, demonstrated, and understood in the market. This role is not supportive or secondary. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to own technical discovery, build compelling demos, and translate complex AI capabilities into real-world healthcare value to be considered for interview. The Opportunity As the first dedicated Sales Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering , acting as the technical backbone of the commercial motion. You will help define how prospects experience the platform—from first demo to technical validation—while also influencing product direction through direct customer feedback.
