About The Position

We are seeking a Healthcare Dining Manager to join our team! The Healthcare Dining Manager provides leadership and oversight for healthcare dining operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service standards, and regulatory compliance in our skilled nursing facility. This position leads and develops employees, manages scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations, and supports daily kitchen and service operations. The Healthcare Dining Manager collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams, engages with residents and families during meal service, and plays a key role in menu planning, cost control, purchasing, and inventory management. Ideal candidates have healthcare or long-term care dining experience, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of special diets and food safety standards, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays. CDM and ServSafe certifications are required or obtainable within designated timeframes. Requirements
