Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Experience with sales analytics, CRM systems, and healthcare data sets.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Understanding of healthcare sales cycles, referral networks, and payer/provider dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into business insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Must be flexible in work hours
  • Must be able to travel 25%, often without notice

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare sales data from multiple sources (CRM, EMR, claims, and internal systems).
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as revenue growth, referral sources, conversion rates, and territory performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership for forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to support targeted sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to align data insights with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations in all reporting and analysis.
  • Present findings to executives and stakeholders in clear, concise formats (charts, presentations, summaries).
  • Other duties as assigned
