About The Position

We are hiring 10 consultants for a special project supporting the Campus Support Center in Glendale, CA. This team will assist 8 full-time employees in delivering high-quality patient outreach and care coordination.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience in a healthcare or call center setting
  • Prior authorization and insurance/benefit verification
  • Excel proficiency (hide, copy, paste, filter)
  • Data entry and scheduling
  • Familiarity with medical terminology

Nice To Haves

  • Project coordination or management experience
  • Broader medical or clinical experience

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to patients for:
  • Pharmacy refill confirmations
  • Annual wellness visit scheduling
  • ER outreach for frequent emergency room visitors
  • New authorizations and other leadership-driven initiatives
  • Accurately enter and manage data in Excel and internal systems
  • Perform insurance and benefit verifications
  • Coordinate care and follow-up tasks as needed
