CU Medicine is seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join its Patient Services Department (PSD). This role is 100% remote, and out-of-state candidates are considered. The primary goal is to enhance the patient experience by addressing questions and concerns and managing correspondence requests, mainly via phone in a call center setting. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking and navigating multiple programs.
