- Recruit, interview, and hire medical and nursing professionals
- Match personnel to client needs and ensure the right fit for each placement
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and caregivers
- Coordinate and manage schedules for the team you hire
- Provide exceptional customer service , ensuring client satisfaction and staff support
