What You'll Do The Food Services Manager – Catering will provide leadership and oversight for daily catering operations and play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences for a diverse client base.

Requirements

Experience leading high-volume catering or food service operations
Strong client-facing skills and ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders
Proven ability to manage and motivate frontline teams
Excellent organizational, communication, and service-recovery skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and operational compliance
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Minimum Management Experience - 1 year

Nice To Haves

Healthcare or campus dining experience preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily catering operations within the food service department
Serve as the primary face of the catering program to executive-level and high-profile clientele
Ensure seamless communication between culinary production teams and front-of-house service staff
Manage event execution to ensure timely setup and service that exceeds client expectations
Support staffing, scheduling, and operational planning for high-volume catering functions
Maintain compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and Sodexo policies
Assist with additional food service responsibilities and operational support during slower catering periods
Contribute to a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
