Minimum Requirements: 1 year of call center experience (sales or customer service) Experience with data entry and word-processing is required Must be able to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy Must possess basic computer knowledge Team oriented with a positive, “can do” attitude Fluent in writing, reading & speaking English Preferred Qualifications: Two years or more experience in a call center environment (healthcare industry a plus) Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM, DialPad is a definite plus Data entry experience preferred
