POSITION OVERVIEW Responsible for driving new business growth by selling outsourced environmental services and facilities solutions to hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide. This role owns the full sales lifecycle and serves as the primary commercial lead for new healthcare client acquisition. Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, outsourced services, or product sales
  • Proven success closing complex, multi‑site or enterprise‑level contracts
  • Strong executive presence and comfort selling to senior hospital leadership
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and formal RFP processes
  • Proven capability to initiate high-level contact with clients
  • Skilled in project management, proposal writing, and relationship management
  • Able to effectively manage organizational change; comfortable with multiple/changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel 60% on a monthly basis
  • Travel required as well as occasional after hours for internal or external client meetings
  • This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new healthcare clients, including acute care hospitals, IDNs, and specialty facilities
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving C‑suite, facilities, infection prevention, EVS leadership, and procurement
  • Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies aligned with revenue targets
  • Manage RFP responses, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and deal closure
  • Partner with operations, finance, clinical SMEs, and legal to design compliant, competitive solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
  • Represent the organization as a trusted advisor on environmental services, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance
