The primary objective of the Business Analyst is to support healthcare revenue cycle operations by translating business needs into accurate, actionable data insights. This role is responsible for understanding end-to-end RCM workflows, navigating multiple source systems, and extracting relevant data to support operational, financial, and compliance-related decision-making. The Business Analyst partners closely with business users, operational leaders, and analytics teams to gather requirements, validate outputs, and deliver reporting and analysis that support day-to-day operations and long-term performance improvement. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, rigorous validation practices, and thorough documentation. The Business Analyst may also be responsible for creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to reporting, metrics, and data usage. This position primarily supports Nimble’s coding, managed care, out-of-network, and credentialing lines of business, with a focus on claim lifecycle visibility, productivity, financial outcomes, and operational efficiency.
