The Healthcare Benefit Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities with small employers and guiding them through their healthcare benefit options. This is an entry-level sales opportunity for someone who: Has an outgoing, confident personality Isn’t afraid to talk to 40+ business owners in a week Understands sales is a numbers game Understands this role may require more than 40 hours per week depending on goals and pipeline activity Wants commission income and doesn’t want capped earnings Is coachable and hungry You do NOT need prior insurance experience.
