When you help a small business implement a healthcare solution, you’re supporting the well-being of the people who work there. This role combines sales performance with meaningful impact. The Healthcare Benefit Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities with small employers and guiding them through their healthcare benefit options. This is an entry-level sales opportunity for someone who: Has an outgoing, confident personality Isn’t afraid to talk to 40+ business owners in a week Understands sales is a numbers game Understands this role may require more than 40 hours per week depending on goals and pipeline activity Wants commission income and doesn’t want capped earnings Is coachable and hungry You do NOT need prior insurance experience. You DO need: Strong work ethic Resilience Energy The ability to handle rejection Motivated by performance-based compensation If you’re self-directed and comfortable taking initiative, you’ll thrive in this role.

  • An Arizona Health (or Health & Life) Producer License is required. If you don’t currently have one, employment will be conditional upon passing the licensing exam.

  • Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
