Healthcare Attorney
About The Position
We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated partner-level attorney with experience in healthcare and life sciences. Experience working with Medicare, CMS, government enforcement agencies, or with payers or managed care organizations is a plus. Core requirements include strong healthcare regulatory and transactional experience; compliance with federal and state health laws and regulations; private and public third-party reimbursement; corporate practice of medicine; operational issues; integrated delivery systems; and the purchase, sale, and merger of healthcare businesses and joint ventures. Relevant past work should involve a broad range of healthcare entities such as physician group practices, large group providers, healthcare systems, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, clinical laboratories, home health agencies, medical device manufacturers, durable medical equipment suppliers, practice management companies, management service organizations (MSOs), and substance abuse treatment centers.
