About The Position
Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks an Associate for our Healthcare department in the firm’s Chicago Office. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of healthcare transactional and regulatory experience.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a mix of healthcare related transactional and regulatory experience, including a working knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Candidates must have a strong academic record, and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.
- Illinois bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Illinois bar is required.
- The right candidate for this position will be entrepreneurial, eager to work directly with partners and clients, and excited to be part of a team handling a busy national healthcare practice.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with transactions involving private equity funds or portfolio companies is a plus.
