Lead the development of a clear, credible, and differentiated narrative for Healthcare AI innovation at Siemens Healthineers. This role translates AI technology vision and innovation priorities into compelling messaging for internal and external audiences, while ensuring strong alignment with Siemens Healthineers’ strategic direction. Working closely with the operating business companies and the DTI team, the role strengthens consistency, impact, and visibility of Healthcare AI communications across key channels and global stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the end‑to‑end marketing and communications strategy for Healthcare AI, positioning Siemens Healthineers as a trusted leader in AI‑driven healthcare.
  • Develop differentiated AI narratives and value propositions aligned with Siemens Healthineers’ AI innovation roadmap, in close partnership with marketing and communications counterparts in business segments and headquarters.
  • Identify and drive high‑impact initiatives that visibly demonstrate Siemens Healthineers’ leadership in Healthcare AI across key audiences.
  • Create high‑impact content for executive and thought‑leadership keynotes, customer and partner engagements, and high‑visibility industry forums.
  • Lead AI‑focused content development across channels, including social media posts and campaigns that reinforce strategic messaging.
  • Curate and evolve internal and external digital presence, including webpages that showcase Siemens Healthineers’ AI leadership and innovation excellence.
  • Own engagement performance for Healthcare AI communications, establishing measurable goals and monitoring effectiveness across channels such as social media, digital platforms, and executive thought‑leadership forums.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with DTI AI technology leaders, business segment marketing teams, and corporate communications to ensure consistency, alignment, and global relevance of messaging.
