About The Position

Acadia is committed to turning scientific promise into meaningful innovation that makes the difference for underserved neurological and rare disease communities around the world. Our commercial portfolio includes the first and only FDA-approved treatments for Parkinson’s disease psychosis and Rett syndrome. We are developing the next wave of therapeutic advancements with a robust and diverse pipeline that includes mid- to late-stage programs in Alzheimer’s disease psychosis and Lewy body dementia psychosis, along with earlier-stage programs that address other underserved patient needs. At Acadia, we’re here to be their difference. The Healthcare Marketing Intern will support the HCP marketing team in evaluating the effectiveness of our 2026 improvements to speaker-led educational programs. They will observe two to three live speaker programs to understand real world delivery, assess the quality of speaker program execution, and compare 2026 training feedback to results from 2025. The intern will also help develop and review materials for our new “case based learning program," a more interactive type of program that will launch late summer. Their work will inform how well the expanded program formats, presentation decks, and audience types are performing and will strengthen the overall strategy for the Speaker Bureau throughout the summer. This role is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional pharmaceutical environment, offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration, business processes, and industry best practices.
