Bishop Gadsden’s Assisted Living community is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations and provide vital support to managers, staff, and residents. What You’ll Do As the Administrative Coordinator for Myers Hall (Assisted Living), you will: Serve as the first point of contact by answering calls and assisting residents with care and service requests. Maintain accurate resident records in our Electronic Medical Record system, including scanning, uploading, and updating essential information. Coordinate resident appointments, confirm schedules with providers, and ensure transportation and staff are informed. Prepare and manage staff schedules, daily assignments, and time card accuracy for payroll. Support departmental operations through inventory management, filing, and maintaining common areas. Assist with special tasks such as hurricane preparedness lists, accounts payable forms, and concierge scheduling. Uphold HIPAA compliance and Resident Rights while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical tasks as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Administrative or Medical Record experience is a plus.
