Requirements

  • High school graduate with 2+ years of business experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient in word processing, desktop publishing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments.
  • Provide assistance to leadership, preserving the confidential nature of which he/she has knowledge.
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquires.
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and providing instructions as needed.
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
