Requirements

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in healthcare account management, business development, provider relations, or revenue cycle management
MS Excel proficiency
Thrives in a metric-driven environment
Respectful interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to communicate concisely and politely
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Able to handle sensitive data
Residence within commuting distance of Farmers Branch
Adaptable and strategic mindset with a client-first mentality

Responsibilities

Successfully recovering overpayments using a respectful and empathetic approach
Proactively reaching out to providers, clearly explaining our services and reasons for refunds, professionally addressing objections, and presenting evidence as needed
Making providers feel heard while politely explaining the need for repayment
Maintaining accurate case notes
Creating positive relationships and building trust while meeting targets and driving success for our business and our clients!
