About The Position

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing healthcare facility clients. This role acts as the liaison between Lucid's recruiting team and client facilities-ensuring open communication, timely fulfillment of orders, and long-term client satisfaction and growth. You will work closely with recruiting, business development, and operations to translate AdeptID's technology advantage into real-world staffing outcomes and lasting client partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or staffing operations, preferably in healthcare staffing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing workflows, including job order management, credentialing timelines, and VMS platforms.
  • Proficiency with staffing technology platforms (experience with Sense or Bullhorn is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with data analytics and reporting on account performance metrics.
  • Background in consultative sales or business development within healthcare.
  • Familiarity with travel nursing, allied health, or per diem staffing models.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, including hospitals, imaging centers, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with facility contacts through regular calls, emails, and video meetings.
  • Attend client check-ins, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and weekly team syncs to maintain alignment and trust.
  • Resolve client issues quickly and professionally, escalating when needed to maintain service excellence.
  • Manage job orders end-to-end: confirm accuracy, update statuses, and communicate candidate submissions and feedback promptly.
  • Partner with recruiting to ensure jobs are prioritized, filled efficiently, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Address job description or pay rate inconsistencies proactively to minimize delays and rework.
  • Track fill rates, time-to-fill, and revenue by account; identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with business development on new client transitions and account expansions.
  • Deliver regular account performance summaries and strategic growth recommendations.
