The role involves being the primary contact for A Place for Mom with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in the assigned territory, driving lead generation and move-ins to communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals and persistently finding effective approaches to grow each account to help families find the necessary care.
