We are seeking a LPN Nurse Leader to partner with our Executive Director in overseeing the daily operations of our Assisted Living department. In this role, you will blend clinical expertise with a strong commitment to wellness, dignity, and quality of life for each resident we serve. What You’ll Do Lead with compassion and purpose as the nursing leader on staff, ensuring residents receive the right level of care tailored to their needs. Complete and update annual and change-of-condition assessments. Coordinate care: physician orders, appointments, labs, prescriptions, and ancillary services. Build strong relationships with residents and families by hosting care conferences and providing ongoing support. Support and guide your team: from interviewing and training to scheduling and performance management, ensuring coverage that supports both residents and staff well-being. Champion wellness by weaving health programs into daily life and programming. Collaborate with leadership to address challenges, celebrate successes, and continually improve the resident experience. Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse licensure required, in good standing, in the state of employment.
  • 1-year experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experienced with electronic medical database experience required.
  • 1 year experience in an Assisted Living setting.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
