Health and Wellness Director The Health and Wellness Director is a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) who oversees and supervises the care of the 32 residents in assisted living. RNs or LPNs with excellent managerial skills who can provide coaching, accountability and skills development for those on the clinical care team will be given priority in consideration. Case management will be a key focus of the Health and Wellness Director as they coordinate between their staff, the residents' primary care physicians and other medical professionals. A successful candidate will be friendly and approachable, excited to connect with both residents and a well-established leadership team. A nurse (LPN or RN) with an unencumbered nursing license in Washington can expect a wage between $90,000-95,000 for this role, and full-time benefits with PACS. Essential Duties The Health and Wellness Director may also provide direct resident/patient care. The Health and Wellness Director oversees the health services department and ensures resident care needs are met by coordinating resident care, managing health services systems, and providing supervision to health services team members. Promotes a positive physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.
