Model safety, dignity, and person-centered care—always. You bring: Active Colorado LPN license in good standing. Leadership experience (1+ year) and assisted living experience (1+ year). Requirements

  • Active Colorado LPN license in good standing.
  • Leadership experience (1+ year) and assisted living experience (1+ year).
  • Clear, kind communication and strong EHR/documentation skills.
  • A relationship-based approach and a genuine love for serving older adults.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse licensure required, in good standing, in the state of employment.
  • 1-year experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experienced with electronic medical database experience required.
  • 1 year experience in an Assisted Living setting.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
