About The Position

Essential Functions: Creates and maintains membership files, databases, records, and other documents. Plans, schedules, executes, and evaluates wellness programs to ensure continuous year-round opportunities for employees to become educated and participate in programs related to physical, financial, social, and emotional well-being. Maintains the online presence of the health and wellness team on various platforms. Develops health and wellness communication materials. Maintains attendance logs and financial data to compile a monthly report. Maintains files related to health and wellness. Researches and resolves employee wellness complaints or concerns in a timely manner; seeks guidance from manager as necessary. Develops and implements wellness incentive programs with onsite medical vendor. Coordinates onsite services for employees such as annual flu vaccines and mammogram screenings. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Health Science, Kinesiology, Human Factors, or a related field. Minimum one (1) year of experience in Health and Wellness or related experience.
