Harvest Table Culinary Group believes that health and wellness is universal and the person in this role aids in that promise. The Registered Dietitian uses collaborative efforts with the culinary team, guest experiences team, leadership teams, clients, and other campus organizations to enhance guest experiences. The person in this role is responsible for but not limited to developing and maintaining menu analysis and menu scheduling for multiple locations on digital media platforms, as well as executing health and wellness programing events that support the implementation of the universal belief.The Registered Dietitian is responsible for assigned health and wellness programs and support the launch, activation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the health and well platform for Harvest Table Culinary Group, including maintenance of accurate nutritional analysis of chef-driven dining programming. The person in this role communicates with the purpose of enhancing program awareness, assists with program development, builds client awareness and marketing expertise, and works with the field to ensure programs are executed with excellence.
