The Manager of Health & Wellbeing for the College of Nursing leads the creation, implementation and ongoing evaluation of programs that support the holistic wellbeing of students, faculty, and staff across all campuses. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on engagement, including designing and strengthening programs, managing resources and budgets, supervising staff, and working directly with students and employees. The Manager serves as a visible and approachable leader, identifying and addressing wellbeing needs across the College and connecting individuals with appropriate campus and community resources. Working closely with the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator and campus partners, the Manager develops programs that are meaningful, accessible, and responsive to the unique stressors of nursing education, clinical practice, and academic and workplace demands. As a key member of the wellbeing team, the Manager builds and sustains a positive, impactful learning and workplace culture that encourages resilience, engagement, and balance for all members of the College community.
