About The Position

The Health Systems Enablement Lead supports the Health Systems KAM Excellence and Program Office by owning and executing the operational, enablement, and coordination activities that allow the Health Systems organization to run efficiently and scale effectively. Reporting to the Health Systems KAM Excellence and Program Office Director, this role focuses on contracting support, marketing operations, reporting and dashboards, conference execution, and day-to-day enablement—ensuring the Health Systems function has the tools, data, processes, and infrastructure required to deliver consistent, high-quality execution across National and Regional Health System accounts. This role is ideal for an experienced enablement or operations professional with a strong project management background, health system fluency, and a passion for building structure that helps complex teams perform at their best. What success looks like Health Systems teams are consistently prepared, well-enabled, and supported with clear tools, data, and processes. Contracting, reporting, and enablement workflows run smoothly with minimal friction or rework. Leadership and field teams receive timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support decision-making. Health Systems conferences and major initiatives execute seamlessly and generate clear follow-through. The Health Systems Program Office operates more effectively because operational and enablement execution is handled with rigor and discipline.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in health systems enablement, program operations, commercial operations, marketing operations, or enterprise healthcare operations.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex programs or strategic account teams within healthcare, diagnostics, health tech, or life sciences.
  • Strong background in project management, enablement execution, and operational coordination.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, reporting tools, dashboards, and data quality processes.
  • Direct experience with health system contracting processes and marketing operations required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Support the Health Systems KAM Excellence and Program Office Director by executing core enablement and operational workstreams that keep the Health Systems operating system running effectively.
  • Own Health Systems marketing operations, partnering with Health Systems Marketing and Brand Marketing to coordinate campaigns, materials, timelines, and field enablement readiness.
  • Support health system contracting processes by coordinating with Legal, Commercial Operations, and leadership to ensure contracts, amendments, and documentation are tracked, prepared, and executed efficiently.
  • Build and maintain weekly reporting for the Health Systems organization, including activity tracking, opportunity status, adoption progress, and operational risks.
  • Prepare data, dashboards, insights, and materials for monthly operating reviews and quarterly executive business reviews, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency with Program Office standards.
  • Maintain and enhance Health Systems dashboards that integrate CRM, analytics, and program metrics into a single, trusted source of truth.
  • Execute Health Systems conference planning and operations in close partnership with Marketing, Business Development, and leadership, including goal-setting, logistics, scheduling, and post-event follow-up coordination.
  • Ensure Health Systems teams have access to up-to-date tools, templates, playbooks, and resources developed by the Program Office, supporting adoption and consistent use.
  • Provide hands-on project management for Health Systems initiatives, tracking timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across cross-functional partners.
  • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, escalating appropriately and recommending improvements to enablement processes and workflows.
  • Act as a day-to-day operational partner to Health Systems leadership, anticipating needs and supporting execution without requiring constant oversight.
