Contra Costa County Health is offering an excellent employment opportunity for two (2) full-time Health Services Information Technology Clinical Systems Analyst II positions assigned primarily to the Health Services Information Technology Unit located in Martinez, CA. The Health Services Info Tech Clinical Systems Analyst II is responsible for the ongoing professional support of Epic and mission-critical clinical, business and operational applications. This support includes planning, implementing, and organizing activities relating to enterprise-wide application selection, deployment and optimization and training; other responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing and evaluating system and/or service requests using structured techniques and methodology; managing all or portions of a project from the initial fact-gathering meeting, through post-implementation review; system troubleshooting and issue resolution; developing and maintaining training environments and materials; and providing role-based education. Excels at troubleshooting. What you will typically be responsible for: System troubleshooting and resolution of issues escalated from the Help Desk. Systems analysis, workflow design and build. Coordinating and documenting systems, projects and/or processes including end user training.
