About The Position

Touchmark at The Ranch is Prescott's premier retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through exceptional service and quality housing.  We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a full-time Health Services Coordinator.   This person will be responsible for creating the Health Services schedule, handling any/all schedule issues for our Health Services team including, but not limited to call-ins and finding replacements for shift coverage. This person will attend scheduled in-services and staff meetings, train new Health Services team members (i.e. Medication Aides and Certified Caregivers), and perform all other duties as assigned.    The ideal candidate will: Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers Have completion of a Certified Caregiver training program Have experience as a Certified Caregiver / Certified Medication Aide Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Possess a CPR/AED/First Aid certification Possess an Arizona fingerprint clearance certification Possess an Arizona food handler certification Possess strong critical thinking skills Be able to work in a busy environment, with frequent changes and interruptions Have the ability prioritize multiple tasks Have prior administrative experience (not required, but helpful) Possess excellent computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, and Outlook Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors

Requirements

  • Have experience as a Certified Caregiver / Certified Medication Aide
