About The Position

As a Health Services Concierge, you will be the first welcoming presence for residents, families, and visitors. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of office or customer service experience
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and MatrixCare (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CPR and First Aid certification required upon hire
- Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedule as needed
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently while providing helpful, accurate information
- Assist with resident mobility needs, including occasional wheelchair transport
- Coordinate and maintain hydration stations and refreshment areas
- Monitor and maintain clean, calm, and welcoming public spaces such as the lobby, porch, and Sunroom
- Help with resident support tasks such as appointment reminders, redirection, and escorting
- Observe and report on resident well-being and environmental conditions
- Support Life Enrichment, Culinary, and Nursing departments as needed
- Complete light clerical work including mail distribution, recordkeeping, and supply tracking
- Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
