Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years safety management experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA Regulations, ANSI Standards, and NFPA Standards
  • Understanding of Workers Compensation Laws and Hazard Recognition
  • First Aid, AED, and CPR certification and experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and review regulatory programs including OSHA compliance
  • Oversee Workers Compensation case management and financial forecasting
  • Conduct hazard identification training and plant safety audits
  • Manage safety budget including PPE, supplies, and medical first aid
  • Prepare weekly and monthly safety reporting and metrics
  • Provide Medical First Responder services and incident investigation
  • Lead Management of Change safety reviews
  • Assign, track, and report all regulatory and safety training programs
