About The Position

Main Duties & Responsibilities Primary Job Role Conduct routine site visits to branches within assigned territory. Lead hazard identification (near-miss reporting, trend analysis) and implement controls using the hierarchy of controls. Support annual compliance calendar (training refreshers, inspections, industrial hygiene sampling, fit testing, audiometry, medical surveillance etc., as applicable). Maintain accurate records: inspections, training, permits, SDS inventory, and regulatory postings. Administer safety management system tools (e.g., digital reporting, dashboards) and ensure data integrity. Coordinate claims documentation and light duty/return-to-work processes with HR (as applicable). Maintain current knowledge of regulatory changes and communicate impacts to leadership. Conduct routine workplace inspections and audits (behavioral and physical), document findings, and drive corrective actions to closure. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Associate degree or certification equivalent in a related field of study.
  • 2-4 Year Experience
  • Associate’s degree or relevant experience
  • Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an First-aid/CPR/AED Certification within 6 months.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Occupational Hearing Conservation certification (CAOHA) within 6 months.
