Summary: Performs Human Resources functions as assigned including Recruitment coordination and administrative tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reviews applications and prescreens applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position. Assists HR department with internal and external job postings. Assist with Application Tracking System(s) to identify and recruit candidates. Administration: Uploading of documents for electronic backup. Assists with new hire orientation preparation. Files and maintains employment records. Assists with the Site Wide Activities Team (TEAM) Communication Boards updates plant wide communication boards with upcoming activities, meetings, anniversaries, and other important information as assigned. Assist with auditing attendance and reporting on data. Assist with duties pertaining to training reporting and documentation. Miscellaneous: Other duties as assigned.
