The Health Policy Intern will focus on tracking federal and state health policy developments. Project work may vary, but may include conducting research relevant to project work, reviewing Medicaid policy documents, and drafting articles to publish for Health Policy News. Duties and Responsibilities An intern with PCG will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide array of fields in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn and achieve
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Must be enrolled in a full-time degree program.

Responsibilities

• Marketing research and records maintenance
• System documentation review and updates
• Testing and quality assurance
• Data analysis and reporting
• Assistance with communications
• Assist with duties of the Health Policy & Program Evaluation team
• Research specific policy areas relevant to project work
• Support project work across various projects
• Analyze state and federal policy guidance documents
• Participate in weekly project-based meetings
• Draft articles to publish in Health Policy News
• Other duties as assigned.
